Front thru the garage (non brick surface) and across top of right section above the garage:  Pacific Blue Certainteed Cedar Impressions 7″ straight edge shakes  

Around rest of house:  Pacific Blue Certainteed Mainstream Woodgrain 5″ 

Window trim and outside siding corners 3 1/2″

Estimate Includes:

1. Removal of window aluminum, fascia board aluminum
2. Removal of old vinyl siding. insulation and house wrap
3. Install Insulation Boards
4. Install House Wrap
5. Install Starter Strip
6. Vinyl siding  and all siding material components necessary to complete the installation
7. Installation of new Aluminum on Fascia board 
8. Installation of  3 1/2″ trim around windows and doors
9. Installation of  3 1/2″ outside corner trim
10. Installation of new central vented soffits 
11. Installation of 2 new attic vents near apex
12. Install 1 new flappable dryer vents white
13. Applicable Manufactures warranty

15. Dumpster fees included
16. Clean up of property included

1.  Remove current gutter system
2. Install 5″ white K Gutters and all downspouts

Estimate Excludes:

1. Fascia board or window framing being repaired due to being rotted or unusable
2. Any plywood to replace rotted plywood
3. Any last minute changes or additions that cost more in material or labor
