Labor to be done:
- Remove current roofing material using the machine we will rent to get the stone off the bldg
- Prepare the underlayment at various pitches for the new TPO to be inserted
- Install any plywood that may be needed if old is rotted
- Install TPO, seal seams etc
- also, we just go right over the current roof too

Qualifications:
- Must have all tools to do job
- Licensed with the NJ
- Workers compensation and General Liability insurance
- Unlettered Van or Truck is preferred
- Let us the know your labor costs under both removal of old roof/install and installing over old roof

- Remove Solar Panels 1/4 of the bldg at a time and keep panels on the roof. (180 panels total)
- Remove current stone and roofing material using the machine we will rent to get the stone off the bldg
- Prepare the underlayment for the new TPO to be inserted
- Install any plywood that may be needed if old is rotted
- Install TPO, seal seams etc
